Note the wear on that upper shaft. This is why your TA will slip. IH wanted about 700 for a new one. Mike at SWR hooked me up with a new one for about 175. IH shop did a rebuild then for another
300. Replaced the entire clutch while in there.
Measly 1200 before I was done. TA is used for slowing down in a stalled parade LOL.

The shaft was 175 from SWR. IH mech then rebuilt the entire unit with new parts for 300. Then another 50 or so for misc parts. So everything is new including the engine clutch and pressure plate, TOB etc.
