H rocker arm bolts

does the rocker arm holdown bolts on a H have a lockwasher on them? i put them on & oil squirts out at the split in the lockwasher, don't look right to me, i can't remember if any were on there when i tore it down. Thanks

Are the arms getting plenty of oil. You could put a smooth washer down first but realy there shouldnt be that much pressure to make it leak under that nut. I would check and make sure the rockers are getting plenty.

Part Number 114606, uses 4 external tooth lock washers, not the split kind. Like gene, I don't see how oil could come out there.
