Yep, getting high on leaves.

Steel Wheel Ranch sent me a pair of fenders several years ago. I have the floorboard too. Just missing a few misc cowling or dust shields.

I can't run the floor board with the Fast Hitch. I can install the fenders with homemade brackets. Just haven't got around to it yet.

I bought the tractor with a cab. It was made well as the tractor was used as a orchard spray rig. It even had a big charcoal filter on the roof. I prefer open station.

Here's a pic of the front end. It's staying with the tractor.

It's surprising how much resistance a few yards of wet, steaming leaves can exert when going up a 45° incline. Didn't want to go too high on that unstable footing. I probably wouldn't be found until the landscaper dude came back with another load.

He mows my lawn and I take care of his waste. I usually get enough wood to heat my barn as well. He also rakes my leaves. That's about eight big sugar maples.

Not trying to stir thinks up but- doesn"t the blade mounts cause interferance with the movement for the front axle? looks like there is not much clearance.

There's been no contact with the square tube and the axle housing as evidenced by the unmarked paint on both pieces.

The clearance in the picture is slightly distorted by the hydraulic jack. Deflection is about an inch. I would have set the jack closer to the front but it was too tall.

Anyway, if it did make contact, I wouldn't consider it a problem. There needs to be a limit for the oscillation and the factory provision isn't adequate.
