clips to lock bolts inside the engine block

where can I get the bolt locking tabs for the crank shaft bolts, etc. Is this some sort of washer I can buy? The caps that hold the crank in the block no longer have these tabs (after machione shop). I wasnt paying enough attention when I took the engine apart. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

just cut some small pieces of tin and drill holes in them so the bolt fits through. and bend them over the edges of the bolt. we did this when rebuilding my H engine as the ones used in the engine were destroyed when removing the bolts. simple fix.
