Hyd Fluid leaking in to oil pan

I believe I have a IH 300. Serial # 2820SJ Is this correct? My problem is the hydraulic fluid for the loader is leaking in to the oil pan. How do I repair this? Any advice is appreciated!

The hydraulic pump, located in front of the distributor, is leaking at its front seal. The seal is either a lip type seal, or an "O"ring. There are hundreds of posts, and links to pictures, in the search for box. Pretty easy fix. Jim

I've had that happen on two pumps that had set awhile since being used.

I just kept using the tractors and they eventualy cured themselves. Seals had developed a flat spot from inactivity.
