Help Idetify tbhis Fast Hitch tool bar

I picked this up today when I bought a Fast Hitch carryall. It was with a Farmall Super C with fast hitch. It does have the small Fast Hitch points. It appears to have never been used and the metal tag wired to it has the part #210219198R9 P.

What it for?

This was used with the front/mid mount blade used on super C"s equiped with fast hitch

As Todd already indicated it is for the McCormick C-72 leveling and grading blade when used on a 2 point fast hitch Super C or model 200 tractor. It is a hard item to find for anyone wanting to convert a C-72 blade for use with a fast hitch. I just posted with the model number in case you wanted that information as I have an original Operator's Manual, Hal.
