Will a head off of a WD6 work on a 450D?

im not sure ill look into it i just bought the 450 and the head is cracked local machine shop says they cant fix it so now im hunting for a replacement

I got a rebuilt head from JP Tractor Salvage for my 504 with a D188 engine. Good price, fast shipping. My only issue was whoever did the machine work on it ground the valve margins down way too close. If this was a tractor I worked hard, I would have put different valves in it with more margin.

There is a complete running 400D engine on eBay right now. Probably cheaper than a head only. It's in MI. See Marty2374's listings.

Can't understand why people need to know where stuff is when it is already on eBay. And BTW, that engine will go cheap. Everything he sells does. I'll probably wind up eating crow on this due to this post.
