Farmall Super C distributor cap

Hello. I have an original Distributor cap with the IH cast into the top and what looks like drain holes on it. My question is how do I restore this to it original luster? Please let me know what you all think. THANKS

Just clean it good with an abraise pad then paint with the spray bomb paint made for plastic it will look like new again ive done a bunch of them.

I use ordinary satin black from a rattle can.

If the surface hasn't gotten too coarse from weathering, Armorall might do the trick to darken and brighten it up. It did/does a good job on the coil cover on my magneto.
