f20 bill of sale

I found a Bill of sale from my grandpa for a what I believe is his f-20. He ordered 10.00x36 rear tires and 6.00x16 front Firestones. I would like to know if anyone is would like to buy it. The document is from Columbus Ohio dated 6/9/39. I can send pic of it . It also has the balance to pay and what he paid.
 
Are you interested in selling the 'Bill of Sale', the 'F20 tractor' or both? Do y0u have a price(s) in mind? Where are you?
 
Not sure 300.00? Also have an order for goods for a #61 harvester combine that was pulled with the f-20. It has the price, payment at order, trade in price and balance due. This is also signed in 1939.
 
I do have a pic of the combine with my aunts in that i can include. I have no set price but I think it might be worth something to those that have an intrest.
 
I think you missed my point, but to be honest, I cant see even an orignal receipt being $300. I paid 10 bucks for one for an M just to show the options that were available.
 
Does it have a serial number on it? It is a shot in the dark, but I picked mine up near Columbus, and it is a late 1938.

I was told this is the bill of sale but to me it looks like IHC was giving credit for the tractor/.Sorry if I mislead anyone. Also is the paperwork for the #61 harvester that was bought to pull behind the f-20
