Different pistons for W9

Anybody know of a piston from a different application that can be used in a W9 (original 4.4 bore engine) that can be ran on the walls without the sleeves? Some boring (or other machining) is not an issue, just looking for cheaper fix than getting custom or NOS pistons and sleeves. Both the sleeves and pistons in it now are worn out. Stroke is stock length.

I would contact Otto Gas Engine works and see what they would say... 410-398-7340 or do a search on it. He custom makes pistons and rings 5/8" to something like 86".

Have heard of several people just boring out current sleeves. I'm not sure just what pistons they use or how much they can bore out stock sleeves.

My W9 has 4.5 inch pistons. Since they did not make a Super W9, may be it has pistons and sleeves for a 600 or 650?
