after changing the hydraulic line that runs the 3-point arms, there is a real wining noise. the lift arms only work when the hose hook up lever is in use. anyone have any ideas?

Hi Willie,

Just betcha that you've plugged the little orifice in the unloader valve or it is stuck and your hitch will now only operate off of full system pressure.

It's "probably" whinin' at ya 'cause the true hitch oil has nowhere to go.

If memory serves, that little divider-guy lives down by your right boot heel. Is that the area where you were working?

yes, that is the part i replaced. the line developed a hole, i found a used one, put it on, and now it has a loud wine. what should i do next? thanks for your help, willie

under the seat under a plate was where the devider valve was on mine had to put different one one and then had to adjust. Ihave to leave 3 pt control in middle to run other hyd . the block you are talking about there is also one in this compartment too they have a real small o ring on face of them

Did The line you replaced have a block that bolted to the front of the lift houseing?

If so did it have a small plug in the block? If I remember right there should be a spring loaded plastic check valve under the plug. Make sure it is in place. Could use the one out of the old line. Is the sump check for the power steering.

ted, what did you mean is the sump check for the power steering? the steering works fine, the only thing affected is the lift arms and that loud wine, thanks
