Is there a fast hitch manual for farmall 100/130/140
showing what implements were available.

It shows the fast hitch in the operators manual but it doesnt show what implements you can use on it. There are quite a few. Plow,disc,cultivator,snow blade,tool carier and thats just some i can think of im sure there are more.

There is a Fast Hitch implement parts manual. Not tractor specific but it does have parts drawings for all Fast Hitch impliments by type -- tilling -- cultivating -- mowing etc.
external_link has it. I do not remember the title or number just ask for it that is what I did.

I purchased a fasthitch manual for the 460/560. It shows where all the pins are located, and for some of the implements that were available at the time the manual was printed. Most of the fasthitch implements that I have manuals for indicate how to set up the fasthitch as to which pins to use.

The implements I have seen for a 140 1pt fasthitch are a 215 2 bottom plow, a 1 bottom plow (no coulters style), F38 disc, corn and tobacco planters, 5 ft grading/snow blades, 5 ft rake, 4 ft box blade, two different mowers and a 3 ft square box. Howse made a mower 2 years ago - 1 pnt fasthitch and agrisupply and leinbach sell some new implements.
Salvaged ones can be found - people here and elsewere are cleaning out old barns - JP Tractor Salvage gets some things in I have never seen before..
