eng swap

I have a IH 330 with a tired eng and have available an eng from high utility 350. Will the larger eng fit without any modifications?. thanks for any responses.

Not without many parts ( Opinion)
The High Utility is a low production tractor worth twice what a 350U is worth, it might pay to fix that, and get the correct engine for the 330. Jim

They have engines from different families. The 330 has an engine that evolved from the A and B tractors. The 350 came from the H line.
