enduro, we use to have the fire truck tires painted up for inspection. Leave them kind of shinny but it does clean them up. I think Armrall

It was suggested to me by a friend that is a great painter to thin down flat black enamel and paint it on. It was easy to apply and one coat did the job. As the paint wears away, so does the stuff you're trying to cover and you hardly notice any change. This worked on a '51 H until I was able to replace the old, cracked, and totally shot back tires. But if you like shiny tires, this isn't your fix.
