Farmall C-72 Grader Blade for Super C - Missing Parts

I have a nearly complete C-72, but I need the oddly 5-sided (sortof) bracket that mounts to the rockshaft. Right now the setup is not quite correct, and I bet the IH design was better. I have a copy of the manual, so I know what I"m missing.

I want to plasma cut the shape here, can anyone trace the part for me, and supply a couple key dimensions so I can scale the rest?
