D-111 or D-74 diesel motor?

Hey folks, these are motors used in German made farmalls but I'm wondering if they are in any equipment in the States and if parts are available for them.
Main reason I'm asking is 1 cylinder sleeve set (sleeve, piston, wrist pin bearing, and rings) costs some over $200.Or, is it possible to buy a set based on measurements alone? If so, is there an online source that I could check?

Thanks, Dave

I would think IH would have parts in US. A lot of 706 IH and other models had 6 cyl. German deisels in hem.

These 1956 to 1964 74 and 111 cubic inch (2 and 3 cylinder) diesels were only found in German built IH tractors and later in some of the French built tractors that used the German Engines. Pistons, sleeves and rings are fairly often listed on Ebay (Germany). They are not cheap but that has been my only source for parts of the German built IH tractors.

I was afraid of that.....

kind of questioning how important it is to swap out the whole set when a new set of rings and a honing would probably do the trick.

I'm hoping I won't see the day I need to go that far.
