B 275 international gas tractor, 1964

would like to know how good of a tractor this is? will it pick up round hay bales? does the B mean its british built? what are they worth?

B for British...great little utility tractor for the age, gas not as common as the diesel.

Should lift a single round bale of hay on the 3pt easy enough.

Hi, yes B-275 is British built. They are a very good tractor in the 30-35HP range. I have no experience with the gas engine just the Diesel models. If it has a 1501 or 1550 loader it will lift a 1500 lbs bale but you will only be able to move on dry level ground and rear will require weights or ballast in the tires. It can handle 800 lbs bales OK with weights on the rear. Be very careful going down any wet slippery slopes with a bale on the loader.
