They'll work fine. General rule of thumb is to not go more than 2" bigger that the rim. Having said that I've seen 12.4X36" on 9" rims and alot of 13.6X38" on 10X38" rims.

IH typically said that the rim size can be 1 inch less than the tread width. The tread width of your tires is 10 inches, 11.2 is the cross section at the widest point. I have an M with either 11 or 12 inch rims and a 460 with 12 inch, both with 13.6 inch (12 inch tread width) tires. They fit perfectly. I have an H with 13.6 in tires on 10 inch rims. They are very obviously curved at the top, meaning that in this case 2 inches less than the tread width is too much. It can be done, but it is not the best fit. Yours will be fine with 11.2's.
