300 converting to 3pt and pto

How hard is this to do? I am looking at one for sale and the guy has a pto unit/hydraulic block for it. any extr parts I would need and should look at. thanks chris

How hard is WHAT to do?

Seriously, you've got to be more descriptive about what you're trying to do.

What is a PTO/hydraulic block? On a 300, the PTO is in the rear, and the hydraulics are up front ahead of the driver. They wouldn't be together.

Are you trying to add a PTO to a 300 that doesn't have one? It may be VERY difficult, because if the 300 did not have a PTO originally, it is missing several internal parts to run the PTO. That requires taking the tractor completely apart.

the tractor does not have a pto or 3pt hitch system. the guy said he has a pto and a hydraulic block, i just combined the 2 (pto/hydraulic) thinking they would be together. the tractor has a front end loader and I figured if I could get it at a good price with most or all the parts to transfer for the pto and 3pt I would get it depending on hard of a job it would be. thanks again chris

What kind or PTO does he have? Gear driven or IPTO. If the tractor internally is for a straight PTO you cannot install a IPTO. If it is set up for a IPTO you cannot install the regular PTO. Not sure what you are talking about on hydraulics.
