When I turn the pto off the shaft keeps turning, is there a way to adjust it or does it have to be torn down and have the clutch/brake discs replaced. Didn't really see anything in the manual unless I missed it. It runs the baler just fine just can't get it to stop. Wasn't that long ago that I had it rebuilt. Thanks for any help. Gene
