Farmall 400 transmission fill location

I hope that someone will know where to fill the transmission on a 400. The only spot to me is what the manual calls "cap, clutch housing cover"? Part #361 188 R1. What I am going to do is replace the brake shaft. So I will drain the fluid below the seals for the brake shaft so I can replace brake shaft and seals.
Being this is the first 400 any and all help is appreciated John.

The transmission fill is the 3 bolt cover close to the gear shift lever and the check plug is located on the R.H. side of the trans case

The check level plugs are actually on the left side. There are two but you only need to unscrew one. The center section and rear frame use the same oil and the level can flow either way through an unshielded ball bearing.
