Super C slab weights

Did the slab frame weights come out for the IH 200 first or the super C? I would like to find a set. Seem Kinda rare?? A parts Super C would be even better. I live in nebraska.

Rarer than hen's teeth, and worth more than the tractor when you do find a set.

i would say most likely for the 200, as bolster weights were not available till the 300 and 400 in the larger models. they do sell reproductions of the SC/200/230 one though.

I got mine fro Steiner"s some years back. Last Paper catalog I had from them still listed them as being for a SuperC, don"t recall if they mentioned the 200 . They don"t show up in their online listings. Mine were original, not repro.

Yes, they will be hard to find. I have only seen them at a couple of RPRU's and very few at that. I usually go early to RPRU's before everything is picked over and watch the vendor area closely for my "want list" as vendors arrive. I found a pair at the 2007 Bloomsburg, PA RPRU after missing a pair at the previous one in Mansfield, Ohio. You will find they are usually in the $500 price range for a nice pair.
