Farmall super m

My super m just seems as if it dosent have the power that it should. I was pulling an oliver 3-14 plow about 6in deep and it just seemed to be chugging way to much. more than it ever did before what could it be? i know the ground is hard where we are but it just seems as if it has some power loss

Make sure the timing is advancing correctly a timing light will provide that info. be sure also that the distributor bushings are good. if you can feel side play at all they are toast. .001" is max.
Fuel delivery can be an issue, open the load screw 1/2 turn at a time to see if that helps.
(timing first) with no advance it will be a dog. Jim
