water in combine engine

Need help. I had taken the pipe off the from the turbo to the intake manifold on my 1460 IH Combine to get new hoses. Someone had duct taped the hoses. Went to put it back together today and found water in the intake manifold. Drained the oil and got about 2 ounces of water. Have not tried to start it yet. Any way to purge water out of the cylinders maybe popping off the injectors? I don't need a bent rod and I need to combine soon. The cover to the engine was closed but we got almost 7 inches of rain one day last week and some must have seeped in. Any help would be appreciated.

What I would do is make sure the fuel is not being delivered (in the stop position, or loosen each injector line) then crank it by hand (with a wrench or other means not the starter for two revolutions of the crank. Then I would use the starter for 15 seconds. then reattach all parts and start it. (opinion) Jim
