414 in an 806

A 414 and 436 will fit. Have seen a few in 806 and 856's. I know you have to use the frame rails from a 66 series tractor and do some work on the hood. I think I heard you have to add 4 inches by taking another hood and taking 4 inches off it and welding to your hood, a good body shop man can do it, but it will bolt right in.

Definitely, the easiest way is to use 66 series frame rails. A 66 series front bolster will make the job a little easier too, or you can make spacers for the 06 bolster. 66 series frame rails are 2" wider.

That'll get you a rolling chassis, but it doesn't solve many issues like hood fit, fuel lines, hydraulic lines for steering, radiator hookup, throttle linkage, etc..
