Neighbor came over thisevening to get the steering wheel off his 350 utility I'm painting for him. We started off with puttin a pulley puller on it and tryin to pull it off. That just broke off a little hunk of the cast iron and didn't move it. Then we heated it and tried to spin it off because we thought well it has threads on top so maybe itll turn....nope. Then while still hot we put the puller back on and tried to pull it off and wouldn't you know it...nothin. Why the f^&* is the steering wheel on there so good? is there a secret to gettin it off? My next move is gettin a sawzall and cuttin hunks out of it until it gives. Thanks!
