F-20 and Regular Engine Parts

Are the engine parts on a Regular interchangable with an F-20? Connecting rods/caps in particular? I believe a '29 Regular doesn't have an oil pump, but are there any other significant differences? Would it make sense to use a Regular as a parts engine for an F-20?

Dan, I think rods and caps will work someone else will proble chim in on that. It will have and oil pump but pre '29 had no oil filter.

Guess I mixed that up. It'd be a pretty tough engine to run without an oil pump...Thanks for the feedback!

The Regular engine and the early F-20 engines are identical.

The later F-20s had a few refinements like a better governor and a v-belt fan.
