Oil in lift all harmful to seals on loader?

I have heard some people claim regular oil is harmful to hyd. seals, will putting the recomended 30 wt non det. oil in my M lift all damage the seals on my wesendorf (sp?) loader.

Regular 30 weight motor oil is not likely to damage the seals in your loader, but there is nothing wrong with using Hy-Tran or the equivelant in the M lift-all either.

I don"t think you will have a problem.
Have used 20w non-detergent motor oil in some hydraulics for years with no leaks.
