ih 574 weak pto

needing some input on my tractor,the pto is weak,checked pressure coming out of mcv and its only at 125 psi and should be around 220-250psi,if I remember correctly when i did the flow test it tested good at 12gpm,could the pump be weak or maybe the gaskets on the mcv valve be leaking,wondering if anybody else has had this problem. all other hydraulic functions work properly.thanks

HI make sure that the PTO actuator cable is not
binding and not pulling the PTO control valve fully
ON. The binding PTO control cable is common on this
model of tractor if the PTO is not used frequently.
Blast it with your favourite penetrating oil while
working PTO lever ON and OFF.

the pto arm is pushing the actuator all the way down to engage the pto.when I get home i'm going to dead head the auxilary valve to see if the priority valve may be stuck.thanks Joe
