26 inch wheels for a W4

I am wanting to replace my 24 inch cast wheels on my W4 in Australia with 26 inch wheels which I would like to buy(used wheels) from USA and get them shipped here
Can anyone advise which wrecking yards may have a set.I have tried JP tractors and they do not have any at the moment
Regards
Ron

On a W4, the 24" rims should be a slpit rim design, clamped to the cast wheel. They used a drop center 26" rim and calmped it to the same cast wheel. If you can find a 12x26 drop center (I think it's DW style) rim, that should fit. I think that even a 13x26 will work. Don't rule out a rim with lugs welded to it that you may be able to cut the lugs of. The 26" rims are getting hard to find here in Canada, but do turn up occasionaly.

I wish I had your rims (if good) here in the states, they are very rare here. Paid 180.00 each and pitted badly. As the others have said a regular 26" drop center should work. Will need to measure width of drop center. If your cast centers are bad where they slide on the axle, different story.
