Leaking coolant

I have a coolant leak between the sleeve and the number four cylinder. Any suggestion on a fix? Block replacement seem my only option.

The dry sleeve is pulled.
THe bore casting is machined out to fit a repair sleeve (thick) the repair sleeve is bored to accept a standard M sleeve, (or thin overbore sleeves to make it the same as a SM). Only the affected cylinder is required to be re bored. Jim

I had same problem about 5 years ago added 2 bottles Prestone heavy duty stop leak and have not had to add coolant to radiator since then and tractor is used 20/30 hours/year.
