Farmall 400 Carb Rebuild

Looking to get a full rebuild kit for my 1955 400. I looked on the store here, denny's, and others, and can't seem to find a full rebuild kit, only the basic kit. I want to replace the jets and all the 'stuff' inside so want the full kit. Anybody out there know where I can find one or if any of the comprehensive kits for the M are exactly the same? The carb on the 400 is an IHC model 361525r92 and was wondering if the full rebuild kit for an M with the IHC model 50983dc carb would work? Any help or clarification would be great. Thanks!

The M kit will work, but the shutter shaft will be wrong for your 400, and the tiny metering holes in the main metering stem may be too small also.

Case-IH will have the full kit, to the tune of $90 to $100.

If your thottle shaft is not worn very much, and the choke shaft and lever are all in good shape, why not just get the basic, gaskets and float valve kit for $10? You can still fully disassemble and thoroughly clean the carburetor.
 
361525R92 is a 300, 350 gasoline carburetor. If no change to the internals your engine wil be low on power. 362173R1 or R2 is a 400 gas carburetor.
 
I sent mine to Matt Gall at Motec Engineering Tipton, IN. He opens it up a little bit for you and dynos it before sending it back. He did the rebuild for around $80 including shipping.
My tractors that he has built the carb on perform FAR better than stock. I am very happy with his work. His turnaround did kind of suck on the first one I sent him, but the second was within weeks. He also cleaned my Stover CT-2 carb for free when I sent the second carb.
