I just re-installed a steering rack on my 300 utility, the power steering works for the most part, but I hear a surge from the hydraulic pump every other minute or so, what is going on?

Be sure the return lines and suction side to the pump and valving are not letting air into the system. sometimes a disturbed system can plug up the screens (tough to get at under the cover under the seat) Jim
