1963 Farmall 706 - How do you adjust the voltage regulator (specs) to what voltage 14.5? Cutout relay?
What is the safe point to not destroy the Generator?

Adjusting a VR to specs is done with two special tools and a book with the adjustment procedure in it. Old automotive diagnostic/repair manuals are also good reading. The special tools are a generator/charging system analyzer. Or an analog VOM and more experience. And willingness to read. A local person versed in VR repair would also be good to add to the list. It is easy to make them worse, not better. Jim
