I have a 300U, I have had problems with the loader since day one. I've cleaned the screen in reservoir. But the only thing left if the screen in the valve. Do you have to completely disassemble the valve to get to this screen? Not sure if I'm experienced enough to go too deeply into it or not?

From the diagram from Case/IH - it appears to nearly the last thing to come out. But I'm not a big mechanic. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated!

I would determine the dead head pressure that the pump can make before taking it apart. If the pump is worn, the cleaning will not assist. What is the symptom you are trying to cure with the loader? Jim
 
The loader is fine when the hydraulics are cool. Once it is hot it has trouble. It has trouble lifting the loader and staying up. I have no problem with the fast hitch. Which causes me to lean towards the valve. I've not checked the pump but when cool it seems to operate perfectly.

Trying to not put too much money in the ol' girl, but need her for snow this winter. But I'm no tractor mechanic either! Thanks!!
