Farmall M IH Wide Front

I have a 49' Farmall M with the IH factory Wide front. The right steering arm is rubbing the right tire, especially in turns. How do I adjust it to keep it from happening? We took off the arm, an thought it could be adjusted, but it is pinnned and only goes in one way.

There is probably a bent part. It could be a spindle shaft, the spindle at the hub, or it could be the steering arm. Measure it against the other side (symetrically) to assess what part is bent. Straightening might take heat.
If the wheel offset is incorrect, or the wheels are mismatched, or the tires are different, that can do it as well. Swapping tires and wheels from side to side can be a quick test of that theory. Jim
