It was the ONLY WAY having the guy showed up and had several coils of telephone cable on the front and back of the trailer. He had a spot in the middle for her and that was the only thing we could do. Haha. Pretty cool, huh?

Pretty bad when a Farmall has to get a lift from a JD. Not the way I would want to load one but if it works. But again sad to see it loaded with a JD LOL

Ah but you miss my point. You always here guys with the Farmalls raising Cain with guys with Jds etc etc. So to see a guy post a picture of a farmall getting loaded with a JD on the farmall forum well that was just the last straw LOL

Great pics. I have a 57 cub, runs good, but very rough looking. I like the white background in the lettering. I used to work a Caterpillar in Joliet Il. We used to say they painted the Deeres green to hide in the grass from the cats, and old cats never die, they just doze away. Steve

(quoted from post at 11:40:03 08/27/10) At least it aint a green one! I would have driven the tractor close to the trailer before I lifted it though.

We did. We "test lifted" it in the yard first, then I drove it down the road to where the tractor trailer was waiting and parked it about 15 ft away from the trailer then we lifted it up and put it on.

Heck, I dont have a clue how they expect to get it off the trailer when they get to Portland; but I'm sure its gonna be intresting. HAHA

Thanks for the comments, however that really isn't a white background with the lettering. It has the original emblems on it which are aluminum, and I took a touch-up PEN bought at the autoparts store to "fill in" the letters. I think I am gonna go with Flat Black instead of Gloss Black the next time. The PEN works amazingly, and is so much better than trying to use a brush to paint it.
