SA Carb not adjusting

I've got this Zenith, no tag, but it looks like a 67X7, but not Kero/Distallate(CNH Parts Site ).
It runs rich and I can't get it to smooth out. I've cleaned it 3 times and solvent will pass thru all orifices I can find. The fuel level in the bowl is about 1/2", right at red line on bowl. Beside cleaning it again, any ideas? Thanks

That carb does not have an adjustable main jet on it. First off have you serviced the air cleaner??? If you have not that could be your problem. Or you may have a bad main jet that has been drilled out or worn out. Main jet is in behind that little bolt looking plug on the bottom of the carb that points forward

Hey Old, thanks for the reply. I checked the air cleaner, the stack and the oil in the cup.I will check that main jet, but I took it out and it was clear. I doubt if I would know if it was drilled out or worn. I might have another one in a parts carb. I'll compare the 2. Should I use the one with the smaller hole?

If you have jets of different sizes use the one with the smaller hole.

Suggest also try running the engine with the air cleaner disconnected from the carb, just to be sure the air cleaner is not restricting air flow.
