f4 mag

I was haveing trouble with a f4 mag the armeter ate itself. I took another f4 mag and used both to make one they were both right hand mags.The impulse snaped good but no spark then I noticed when I turned it backwards it had hot spark everytime. Can somebody tell me what I done and can it be undone. It works like a left handed mag with out any impulse.Any help would be GREAT. Thanks very much

Given the degree of disassembly that has been done, my first question is, are you sure that the 'distributor disc' is properly timed to the 'rotor'?

I took ever part out and yes it is timed right.
