Lowboy 184 rear pto pulley

I need info about the pulley that fits on the rear pto shaft for a 184. The one I have has 2 grooves for about a 3/8" wide belt and the OD of the pulley is just over 3.5". The problem I have is that the pulley itself is broken, and the splines are ripped out of the internal cone. The local IH dealer doesn"t even show a double pulley (it runs the front mount snowblower if that helps at all). If anyone knows where I can get something or how to make something work, that would be great. I"m open to all ideas.
