High heat paint

There have been lots of threads on painting mufflers etc. Thought I'd share my recent experience. I used Rustoleum "High Heat 2000 Degree". I have a distillate tractor, painted the cast iron stack with just the grey primer and used the primer and silver aluminum on the muffler. I cured the stack in the oven and the muffler on the tractor (wouldn't fit in the oven) per the instructions. Both look great and are showing absolutely no signs of peeling. Granted, it's a trailer queen and doesn't pull a plow but I've driven it up hills in fifth gear etc. and done all I can to get her as hot as possible. I would highly recommend this stuff for restorations, can't say for sure how it would hold up on a working tractor.
