im takeing the water pump of my m to be rebuilt and was wanting to know if the fan belt hub was right or left hand thread. also any tips to get the pin out of the driver to get the fan off? thanks

The fan hub is right hand thread. Loosen the nut on the driver pin until the nut is flush with the end of the pin, then place the end of a long punch on the nut end of the pin and hit the punch with a hammer, it will come loose then.
