Yes the starter handles 12 volt just fine, it just spins twice as fast
makes starting go a lot better!I'm pretty sure the kit on the site is complete, only thing I'm not sure of is the GM alternator but you can find them really cheap if you look around can probably get one from a parts store for 30 bucks, or you might be able to turn your generator up to 12 volts...
