Does anyone out there have a good venturi for a H carburetor that they would be willing to part with? I tried and tried to get my carburetor separated for a good soaking, but to no avail. I finally used hammer and small chisel to tap against the upper body where the two halves come together, and presto...I had separation...venturi and all! In 25 years of tearing carbs apart, I have never seen a venturi break in half. But you know what? In 25 years I have never seen such a crusty carburetor either.

I see someone on ebay is selling a neoprene one for only $41.00! I would be happy with a good used one. Thanks in advance, Heath

McDonald Carb. I ordered a new venturi for my M earlier in the year and they are good people to deal with and they ship fast. The venturi was not plastic either, it was metal.
