International cub loboy 1960 model not charging. Shop the generator, it"s OK, Checked the wiring, looks good, bought a new regulator from this site. You can guess where I"m going, still no charge. Took old and new regulators to the shop for a check. Old regulator is no good and the new made in India regulator puts out about 1 volt. Moral to this story, buy US even at twice the price. Lucky to have a good shop tech to adjust the new reg. Guess they never check these things, just ship em out.

It gets worse.....If we continue to buy from India / China, they'll invest that money into improving the quality of their products. Then they'll have the same quality part but at a price that is still cost competative to U.S. Good for the consumer but hard to get a job building voltage regulators (or dishwashers, roofing shingle, cars, ect.).
