what years had the dzues button fasteners ? i got a 1940 bare bones B no electrical system. need a front grill rest of sheet metal good. has mounted hand lift plow just need to figure how it mounts.

somewhere around 1941-1942. I have an early 1942 H that has them. I have been told that the switch was in 1941, but I just got a parts A that was late 1941, and it has them. Sorry, these was no hood and no grille, just the gas tank.

I would venture a guess that IHC used what stock they had until they ran out, regardless of what the year was. When the decision was made to make the switch, and when the production line actually did it are probably 2 different things.

The radiator and fuel tank both changed to go with the change in fasteners. You need to match the pieces you have.
