Mow Board for Cub Sickle Bar

If you get a pattern, great.

If not, none of the measurements are critical except for the end that bolts to the cutter bar. Trace that from the piece the board bolts to.

The board needs to be about two and one-half feet long, three-fourths of an inch thick, and six inches wide. It's customary for the end to be rounded. About two-thirds of the way back on the side toward the tractor a round stick is mounted angled about fifteen degrees out from the board and fifteen degrees up from horizontal to sort of fold the edge of the swath over on top of itself. The board and stick create a bare space at the edge of the standing hay for the inside edge of the sickle to run without fouling.

Do you mean the swath-board??? If it is send me an e-mail and I'll send you what you sore of need. It is made for a Allis B/C sickle mower but I have found with a little bit of modifications it will work on almost any thing. I know because I just used the pattern to make one for my NH44/45/46 sickle mower and it came out real good. I also like to paint them up with a real bright color so when your mowing close to a fence etc you can see where the end of the bar is. E-mail is open as always
