2 point fast hitch question?

i noticed my 2 pt fast hitch is a little slow to rise, i checked the hydro fluid and did add alittle but it seems i have to raise the rpm a bit to get it to operate with alittle more pep, is this normal, my hydro pump is only a year old.

Have you ever checked the screen filter on the side of the resevoir.

no i havn't, it's a 300 utility, where exactly would i find the filter....thanks

In that case, the screen is inside the reservoir (the big box right under the seat). You may want to use an engine hoist or enlist a friend to help you pull off the "lid".

whats got me stumped is that i have a second control valve which operates a front snow plow and that works fine?
