1066 wedge style hubs. How to take off?

Does anyone have any suggestions or tricks to taken off wedge style IH cast centers. I have taken some off with no problem, I also have had to torch wedges out. I start by soaking them, breaker bar and 1" impact. If that doesnt break it lose Ill heat it. If that doesnt Ill torch wedge out. I am taken another one off and wonder if anyone has any suggestions or tricks. Thanks for any info

Are you using the clamp that came with the tractor. Depending on model of tractor, early ones did not have it as they were trying to find a decent way of doing the job. With clamp, about 6 or 8 hundred ft lbs torque, turn wheel so key side of axle is down, four pound hammer near end of axle on top side, may take several wraps but they will come.
