Farmall B smoking

Got an old Farmall B that was running good, basically just using it for odd jobs pulling wagons, etc.

Had a buddy run it one day and I was watching, never did anything crazy, just pulling a small empty wagon, he comes back and it is smoking, progressively getting worse. He had run it at idle pretty much the entire time. It hadn't ever smoked before, but now anytime it is started, it starts smoking blue smoke.

The fuel is probably several months old, but I don't think its a problem since the smoking started suddenly. Any ideas? Hopefully something cheap?

He could have poured in Mixed fuel!!
He could have put in ATF to"loosen things up"
It could have stuck rings.
It could need a overhaul
